@Atma Ram, I hope you can try this again and provide this info so that we can check what is going wrong.Please capture and post screenshots of the following:1) Device SW version screenshot(by doing *#1234#) before starting the procedure2) KIES screenshots at: Step 2 Step 4, Step 9(when download is between 90-100%) and finally at Step 10.3) Device SW version screenshot(by doing *#1234#) after completing the steps.Also just to reconfirm, I hope you did press "Cancel" @ Step 2.
